Director, Grants & Business Management
In February 2023, Holly joined the Foundation as the Grants Manager. With an extensive background in nonprofit executive and leadership roles, she has over 17 years of experience in the housing and homeless services sector.
A well-respected nonprofit executive, she was the CFO for Project Community Connections Inc. (PCCI) until 2022, a tenure of over eleven years. Holly’s core focus was on five major areas: finance and accounting, grants management, human resources, risk management and business development support. An eye for financial health and sustainability, combined with a substantial background in government funding sources, Holly ensured compliance with all applicable governing requirements, and was an integral part of the annual A-133 audit, FAC uploads, and program audits. Leading the entity through substantial growth during her tenure, PCCI saw revenues and staffing levels rise exponentially and she collaborated with senior executives and staff to obtain an initial, three-year CARF accreditation for the organization in 2021.
Before joining PCCI, Holly was the Director of Accounting for CaringWorks Inc. and the Controller for Progressive Redevelopment, Inc. (PRI). At PRI she managed accounting and financial reporting for nine development entities and four corporate affiliates (three of which were nonprofits). She worked as a liaison between project development, property management, supportive services, and asset management teams.
She attended the Georgia Institute of Technology and received her SHRM-SCP in 2016. She lives in the metro Atlanta area with her husband and two children.
